Step 1: Log Off
Step 2: Go to your profile (find one of your quizzes to get there or something)
Step 3: Click send friend request
After this, it will ask you to join or log in, press log in and when you log in there will be a friend request from yourself in your inbox.

Only do this if you want to be able to send yourself quiz invites... gets annoying after a while (unless you untick yourself).
