Okay, so I'm really bad at coming up with titles. Right now, I'm considering two awful titles, The Heart of The Forest (from a writing prompt website) and The Secret of The Leaves. Please let me know which one you prefer! Or, even better, if you think of a better title, please let me know! Either message me or comment! Thank you!
So, the setting is a countryside. The name of the town is Moringsville, and it has a lot of hills, grass, meadows, fields, trees, etc. Moringsville's best kept secret is hidden inside the forest. There are human like creatures in these forest called physicus (which, according to google translate, is the latin word for naturalist). These creatures are very powerful. They have the ability to shape-shift into different forms, such as, plants, animals and primary elements. They also have the power to control/manipulate plants and primary elements. Most of them reside in the forest in the forms of plants or squirrels, some are fascinated by human life and choose live like ordinary humans. I decided to give you guys a little bit of creative freedom with this story. Feel free to include action, drama, emotion and romance. If you would like to involve one of the other characters that have points of view in the story, you can message/communicate with each other and coordinate (when I've posted the list, of course). Please don't be too disappointed if you aren't chosen, it doesn't mean that you are a bad writer, and it definitely does NOT mean that you are a bad person! Appearance: Her golden hair with a gentile curl reaches just below her chest. Her lovely, deep blue eyes sparkle. Her slightly pale skin is close to flawless, but not quite there. She is an an average hight for her age.

Mary-Rose, being dramatic and sometimes rebellious, is often compared to Francesca.
Other: She often feels like no one really understands her.
The human characters find out about the physicus people somehow during the story. I would really like it if maybe in the story, the humans have a relationship (I don't mean a romantic relationship, although it can be), with a physicus person, and t]it could be how, or if you think of another way that you like, use it! Be really creative and have fun! You can create side characters (family members, classmates, love interests, etc.), but please only have your one main character! Please try not to make it too graphic and/or gory. Please don't be too inappropriate. (if you have any questions, please leave a comment or message me, and I'll answer it as soon as possible). Name: Acer Separatum (Latin for Maple Independent)
Personality: Smart-Mouthed and Mysterious. He won't tell anyone why he decided to live amongst the humans. He doesn't like to be told what to do.
Appearance: Deep Blue eyes and short shaggy Dirty Blonde hair. He is pale, tall and has a scar on his nose.

Backstory cont'd: After Rosaline saw the family camping, she came out of the forest and assimilated into the small town life of Moringsville. Somehow, though, everyone sensed something was up with her, and so she was an outcast except for her friend Andy. But even Andy doesn't know her real secret.
Other: When she moved to Moringsville, she caught a stray dog, a collie, and named her Sallie. They are as close as human and dog can be, except for the fact that she isn't human.

Personality: Rose is very smart, no one can top her. But her best friend Andy knows somethings up. Of course, since she's a physicus

Nvm. You don't need to write in complete sentences as long as you are descriptive, and your description reflects your writing ability.

Other: She loves to write poems/stories about nature, she loves cats and cuddles them when she finds one, she can shape shift into a human, a willow tree, and a sparrow.
You all have great characters, but, I need you to show your full writing talents! I don't only want to select the best characters, but also the most talented writers!
Btw, since obviously you guys did NOT read the directions, I asked you to use COMPLETE SENTENCES and be as descriptive possible. The decision WILL be partially based on your writing! So, please feel free to edit your comments. If you do not, you may not have a great chance, because you are not showing your writing ability, and I really want this story to be well written!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personality: distant, cold rather arrogant at times. He is protective, destructive, and impulsive at times. He can be kind and sweet.
Appearance: tall, lean, fair skin with a slight sun tan, hard cold dark grey eyes, ashy black hair that's shaggy and hangs in his face and along the nape of his neck. He is quite handsome but you often have the feeling you're not seeing his actual face, it's hiding bwhind his hair.

Backstory: he awakes alone in a forest, not knowing quite where he is, no memory of anything, just alone. He became distant through the silence and mystery of what happened to him. He begins to realize he has some sort of special power, he can manipulate himself into things.
Other: He is often in the form of a wolf, alone in the woods. At nighttime he turns into a human and wanders throughout the town.
Overall, your description is wonderful, but I did spot some errors that need correcting.
Also, all physicus can turn into humans. Good job :)

Okay! Great! One of the reasons I was doing this was to see if people would still do it even if it required a little effort. If you aren't motivated, than you shouldn't. I want people who are willing to DO it, not just use it to occupy some spare time. Also, I did ask for complete sentences, if you aren't willing to write at a first grade lvl, than you shouldn't have signed up. I don't mean to be rude, but I'm just speaking the truth.
That want why I wasn't doing it, it was because I realized that I had too many things to write for. Not that I didn't want to add a little effort into my sign up. I can write at a grade 12 level, it's not hard. It's just I don't have enough time
