Wild and Free [poem]

Chapter 1

Wild and Free

When you roam across the grassy plains,
What do you feel?
The wind, the speed, and the joy?
The isolation, the heat, and the fear?
Do you feel Free?
Every stride you take
Every jump you make
Does it give you a feeling of soaring
Flying high above the ground.
Above the desolate plains
Above the feelings of grief, greed, and fear
Above every restriction you've been forced to live under.
Every weight is lifted
Every burden is lost.
Now You can roam through these fields without anything holding back
Like an eagle, you fly.
Like a spirit, you soar.
Like a stallion, you roam.
You are Wild.
You are Free.
