Minor character-11
Name- Nancy Fallows
Age-14
Personality- competitive to the core, she loves to win, she isn't nasty but will say what needs to be said to win. Winning is life. Every small failure nags at her, but sometimes she wonders if there is more to life than winning.
Looks- straight midlength thick auburn hair with a gentle wave, burning amber eyes, 5ft7", slender build with slight curves, small nose, pale skin and coral lips
Everyday clothes-sack cloth skirt, tattered and flowy white shirt, and worn leather boots
Reaping-a simple dress made of a floral orange print chicken feed sack, an orange bandana, worn out wedge sandals
Ceremony-a bright blue jumper, pigtails, right red lipstick, rosy cheeks, and cowgirl boots
Games-black spandex leggings, a black shirt that is V-neck black knee high boots, and a waist length black cape, wears a red orb like necklace for 'district symbol'- from grandma
Allies-whoever she can use and tae out later
Enemies- hates her district partner, and the careers
Weapons- uses a dagger well, gymnastics, can hide well, can look innocent if she wants to, knows how to grow her own food supply, and where to find it
Background- family of six brothers and parents who didn't care about fairness-it was win or die of starvation, was super competitive in school, and had it drilled in her mind from a young age by her grandma that you have nothing without success

Reaping clothes- khaki shorts and a white shirt, as well as but wears the same worn leather boots, and no hat
Games- same leather boots, jeans, a thin sports jacket that is black and surprisingly warm, makes himself a straw hat in the games
Ceremony- a straw hat and a fake 'scarecrow' out fit
Skills- basic survival skills, Makes friends easily, doesn’t lose hope, and herbal healing, uses a wooden staff when fighting
Love interest- his girlfriend Sarah
Background- an only child he was relatively well fed, but his girlfriend who came from a large poor family wasn’t and taught him the basics of plant knowledge and herbal healinghe is a dreamer and often dawdles out in the corn fields, wants to marry his Sarah more than anything in the world

Personality- He is a kind hearted fellow who's head is always in the clouds. He likes to imagine, and reflect on life, often making him very illogical, and irrational. He is very creative which is a plus in the games, likes to bring people up, is very dramatic,
Looks- light brown hair that is cut short, brown eyes, tall firm build, large nose
Everyday clothes- tattered light green tunic with a belt, and tan trousers that are baggy, and a straw hat

Personality: Kelby is a very bright and happy boy. Ever an optimist, he tries to make the best of things. He is very astute to feelings and emotions, and if he ever wanted to he could be manipulative. But he's too friendly to do it in any normal circumstances. He likes to help people, and tends to bottle up his own feelings.
Looks: Dark skin, a bit tall for his age. Dark straight brown hair, that's kept
District 3 for Mr. Kelby! ^w^
Ah yeah, of course. I'll just change that he worked in a packaging factory, putting things in boxes and moving them places.
