To think it all started with a prank... (A Fred Weasley love story)
I've always wanted to make one of these!!! :) he he. Let me know if you like the story, fair warning the main character isn't an innocent little girl with a crush. There will be dirty parts, sad and scary parts. You'll want to laugh, cry, and you'll be messaging me like WTF?!?!?! lol.
Number 12 Grimmauld Place
"You'll be staying here until... well until we're ready for you." Remus said. My eyes darted toward the window. "Escape is pointless, this room has many powerful enchanments that even a Lestrange can't escape." I sighed.
Tonks closed the door, but stayed in the room with me sitting on the bed, her wand safely stowed away in her pocket.
"Why are you still here with me?" I asked, akwardly standing in the middle of the room.
"I've been ordered to stay with you until dinner's ready." she patted the bed, wanting me to sit down with her. I hesitantly walked over to the bed and sat cross legged on the bed. It was so soft.
"So what's it like having Bellatrix Lestrange as a mother?" she asked, trying to make small conversation.
"Absolutely horrible! I hate her and my father both." I said, and she laughed.
"So who's your father?"
"Fenrir Greyback." I grumbled, she looked over at me then down at my bandaged arm and back up in my eyes.
"I'll be right back." she said quickly, and rushed over to the door. "Oh and, please don't leave!" she said over her shoulder closing the door.
She's so nice, thank god they rescued me from that bitch. From that house. I looked around the room was quite spacious. I suddenly got the urge to twirl around and dance.
"I'm an utter idiot." I mumbled under my breath. I got up on the bed and jumped off and spun and danced to my heart's content. They rescued me! And this room is absolutely fabulous! I love it here! But then I remembered I was only here temporarily and that I was their prisoner... once they found out I was a werewolf, I'd be put in the dog house. Literally. I just knew it. I lied down on the bed, not tired at all but simply because I wanted to. I heard a knock on the door and both Remus and Tonks came into the room, Tonks had a glass of pumpkin juice.
"Are you thirsty?" she asked. She was really nice, but even I couldn't be fooled. You learn tricks from living with a crazy death eater.
"I'll tell you anything you want to know, I promise. Please don't make me drink veritaserum." I pleaded. Remus raised his eyebrows and Tonks looked at Remus like 'What the heII, how'd she know?!'
"Okay, we'll try it your way." he said pulling up a nearby chair, and Tonks sitting at the foot of the bed.
"What happened to your arm?" he asked.
"I scratched it."
"I already told you, I don't know how. I don't remember." I said.
"Okay, we'll start with an easier question. What's your name?"
"Alexandria Bethany Lestrange." I said. I hated the Lestrange part, it ruined my two first names.
"When's your birthday?" Tonks asked.
"I don't know for sure. Mother never told me the actual day, but she told me I was born in May. Cara told me May 13th would be a good day for a birthday."
"Who's Cara?" Tonks asked.
"She was my best friend." I whispered, tears now forming in my eyes.
"Was?" it was Remus that now asked.
"Yes, was." A tear now fell down my cheek.
"What happened to your friendship?" Tonks asked.
"Nothing happened." my voice wavered.
"Well then why'd you say was?" Remus asked.
"Because I killed her." I choked out, and buried my face in my knees. I bawled, many tears escaped my green eyes and I felt someone pull my head back up by my hair, my arms restrained and the taste of pumpkin juice was in my mouth and it slithered down my throat. I opened my eyes and the cup left my mouth, I coughed but remained silent. I now felt like a real prisoner.
"I'm sorry Madeye's so rough." Tonks whispered in my ear. I was now sitting on Tonks' lap with her arms around me restraining me from getting up. Not like ai was actually going to run for it. Where would I run?
I felt a wand poke me in the chest and I looked up at Madeye Moody, flinching away from his fierce glare. "Incarcerous." Moody said and I was tied up in ropes. Tonk's slid me off her lap and put me on the chair Remus was in previously.
"What's your name?"
"Alexandria Bethany Lestrange."
"What's your reason for killing your friend Cara?" he asked, I felt the tears welling up in my eyes again.
"There wasn't a reason. I didn't mean to I promise!" I sobbed.
"How did you kill Cara?" Remus was the one to ask this time.
"It was my first time I shifted, and Cara was there! The full moon was out, I swear I didn't mean to!!" I screamed. I was crying again, the dreadful memories flashed across my mind again.
"Legilimens." Madeye said. I was too weak to stop him. He searched my brain, and found that one night, my one true nightmare. I screamed, at the sight of seeing Cara calling for help, seeing her running away from me, watching myself pierce her neck with my teeth.
"PLEASE!!! Please, no more!" I begged. "No more please." I whimpered, and began crying again.
Madeye walked out of the room, looking guilty. Tonks was teary eyed, and Remus looked sick. With a wave of his wand, Remus removed the ropes and I just sat there, not wanting to move.
"Cara..." I whispered and before I blacked out I could feel myself hit the floor.
"It was my first time I shifted, and Cara was there! The full moon was out, I swear I didn't mean to!!" Alexandria screamed. She started crying again, and I hurt for her.
She's a werewolf too. Oh Alexandria. I thought in my mind. I looked over at Tonks and I watched as a tear slid down her cheek.
This is the first time I've seen madeye display any kind of emotion besides... his impatience. He actually looked guilty. He limped out of the door, leaving Tonks and I with Alexandria.
"Cara..." I heard Alexandria whisper, and then she passed out of her chair and onto the floor. Tonks sniffled and went to put Alexandria in her bed.
"Remus? A little help here?" She asked supporting Alexandria's underarms. I grabbed her bridal style and gently lay Alexandria on the bed. I,looked at all of her scars. And she was so young too. She didn't deserve a fate like this.
"So that's why she wouldn't let you heal her arm. She still feels guilty for killing Cara." Tonks said, brushing Alexandria's black, curly hair out of her face. She looked awful, no rest, really skinny and unhealthy. She seemed so sweet though.
"What are you thinking about Remus?" Tonks asked.
"That a sweet girl shouldn't have this curse, her life is going to a hell of a lot more difficult than it needs to be. Not to mention having a mother like Bellatrix Lestrange." It pretty much just spilled out.
"What do you think Dumbledore is going to do with Alex?" she asked.
"I'm not sure, he's a very unpredictable man. She is old enough to be a first year at Hogwarts. I suppose she could attend, I don't know how she'll be at the full moons though. I was very lucky and had some great friends that became illegal animagus' for me." I smiled at the memory.
"I'm sure Albus will let her go. She can take the potion you took last night." She said."we should let her rest for a couple of days before we introduce her to the order."
"I agree. I don't think she's ready to really absorb the situation that she's in right now. I'm going downstairs to talk to Albus." I stood up and walked out the door leaving Alexandria and Tonks in the bedroom.
