It's This Jealousy (My Darren Story with a TWIST!)

This is that story I started. It'll be really short compared to my other stories. I hope y'all like it! :D

Chapter 3

The Break Up

It had been a week since the final show and cast party, yet girls were still coming up to my boyfriend, talking about how "wonderful" he was as Harry Potter.
If they would talk to him for too long, I would go link my arm with Darren's and kiss his cheek. If they kept talking, I would storm off without a warning and he would follow me, yelling an apology to the girls.
"Liv, you know I'm not going to cheat on you with them, right?"
I rolled my eyes. "Of course I know that. I just don't want them to think that you would."
"Or are you jealous, Layla?"
That stopped me in my tracks. I turned towards him and glared. "What did you say?"
"Are. You. Jealous?" Darren dragged out every word, making a point and smirking.
"Please, I don't get jealous."
"Sure you don't."
"I don't!" I stomped my foot. Yes, I was aware I was being a little five-year old, but I didn't care. I was right and Darren was wrong. I do NOT get jealous!
"Whatever, Layla."
"Stop calling me that!"
"What? Your name?"
I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. "Since when do you call me 'Layla'? What happened to 'Liv'?"
"I... I don't know."
"You don't love me anymore, do you?" Tears were in my eyes.
"Of course I do, Liv," Darren sighed, trying to get closer to me even though I avoided his arms. "c'mon, I just--"
"No, you don't love me anymore. Leave me alone."
"Liv! Layla Thorne, get back here! I'm sorry!"
I kept walking, obviously, we were broken up.

Stupid boy.
Stupid, stupid, stupid, boy.
Who does he think he is?! Dumping me like that!
A little voice reminded me I kinda dumped him, but I ignored it.
I mean, he didn't love me anymore! What kind of idiot would stop loving me?!

Darren's POV
"I think we're broken up..." I told my friends.
"Dude, she was a biitch anyway," Brian shrugged.
Walker nodded. "Hell, yeah. She was so high-maintenance."
"I loved her..." I whispered, hoping they didn't hear that.
Walker made a whip-cracking noise. "She's got you!"
I shrugged and tried to keep calm, not to bite his head off. I really did love her, but I guess she was done with me, whether I wanted to be done or not.
Joey had been quiet this whole time. I wonder what was up.
"How long, man?"
I snapped my attention back to Brian. "We had the fight on Monday."
"So, what? Three days? Whatever, dude," Walker said. "You'll have a new girl by Saturday."
"I don't think I want a new girl yet."
"Why not?" Joey spoke up now.
"Yeah, she was sadistic! She bossed people around and she was annoying and all," Walker cleared his throat to imitate her. "B-but, Darren! Don't you love me?! What about me?! Me! I'm your girlfriend! Spend even more time with me!"
"Nice!" Brian high-fived him.
"Not nice," I mumbled.
I miss her annoying clingy-ness. It made me feel like I was important and that I actually had a purpose here, to care for someone and to make them happy and to love someone and have them love me back. I miss Liv...
