Rain

This is a poem that I wrote on a REALLY boring day of school... I hope you like it!

Chapter 1

Rain

As rushing water falls in heaps,
It calms us, putting us to sleep,
All our worries washed away,
To form again another day,
Feel teardrops caress your skin,
Wash away the tears within,
See the water fall below,
If barefoot right beneath your toes,
Hear the water fall around you,
In the morning only dew,
Taste freshness in your open mouth,
Cold while warm, forming south,
Smell wet ground everywhere,
As wetness blankets in your hair,
Finally curled up in bed,
While replays of rain dance in your head.
