Depends on what it is. A tidal wave of blood? Nah. Mutilated children in war photos? YES. Because it's real and it wasn't an accident and they were innocent. Movie effects and in the proper context of life it's fine.

Yes, I hate it. If it is an injury or something, it doesn't really matter, but when it involves gore I can't stand it.

Well it kinda depends... If it's on a movie and you can tell it's fake, no it doesn't bother me. But if it looks quite real, then yeah, I can't stand it.
