A dog. Dogs are always there for you. Cockapoos (Cocker spaniel mixed with poodle) are adorable and have a good mix of both breeds. If you don't want a "in your face hunter" dog, I suggest you don't get a big one. If dog's really aren't your thing or you think they're going to hunt your other animals, I suggest you get a orange or black boy cat. They don't ignore you, and they are usually playful, and they will most likely get along with another pet. I highly suggest an american shorthair cat.
Or a hamster. :) So many choices! Now I see why you asked us this question.
You could also get a bunny! :)
A Bird! I want one so bad! I've got a miniature schnauzer. Her name is Sadie. Your cat could also get along well with a dog. I've seen it happen. Trust me. :) It depends on the dog though. Be careful! Good luck! Let us know what you end up getting!
Dog. If you get one as a puppy it shouldnt have any problems with your cat. :)
If your cat is friendly, you could try introducing it to another cat. I've always liked the idea of a pet snake, but I'm not sure how the cat would get along with one.
My pet turtle died a couple of weeks ago and I'm wondering what pet I should get to replace it. My dad said I couldn't get another turtle cause the filter made to much noise, and I have a cat so I can't get hamsters mice birds and things like that. I wanted a ferret but there illegal in California. What pet should I get?
