On Earth? Definitely NO.
But I am looking forward to the afterlife, because I just have a good feeling about it. I have no idea what the afterlife is all about, but my intuition says it's good and wonderful. So, if it is, then I would like to live forever there.
But not Earth.
I wouldn't choose it.
However if it was forced upon me, I could cope. Why not spend forever fixing the problems of the world?
However I would prefer to die when my time comes.
I wouldn't. The world is full of awful things and consistent problems. I don't want to spend eternity facing more and more problems.
EclipseX, even though I agree with you,

Well, just because you won't die doesn't mean you can't be extremely injured. It also might not prevent poverty or lack of food, water, shelter, etc. Also, as many people have mentioned, I don't want my friends and family to die while I live for eternity. Plus, who knows how the future is. It might be good, it might not be. For all we know, it could be terrible.

I have to agree with StarshipAlaska. It all depends on that :)
It depends. If I could remain young-looking for eternity, I probably would, but if I had to get older and frailer by the year, then I'd rather die younger. X) But, it'd get awful lonely, not that it already is, and I'd probably go insane seeing everyone around me die.
...now, if I had the TARDIS, that's another story... XD
I would live forever :)
Hm... No. I don't want to see my family die and I have to keep living! ;-; LIEK BATMAN...
I would take it no question
Experience is what makes life good, immortality will help with that
although it would null and void my automemnoimitotranspherance theory and I would have to find a new line of work
