I think I just have to look inside myself and find some motivation and hold onto it.
the future motivates me
I'm assuming you're talking about writing motivation here. if not, stop reading. I like to make everything fun, if I can. If I'm down or angry I'll write it out. Often I'll just open up and the words just kind of flow. I call it the Muse, but I don't know what it is.
I can't let myself be beaten. Its as simple as that. If I fail I fail (which, depending on what it s) makes me mad and I want to beat it next time. I can't let myself fail because theres a voice in the back of my mind that reminds me what will happen if I make even one little mistake. I hate that voice because it never lets me relax during competition or class :/
I HATE those people who created this voice and I HATE them for proving that voice right when I do make a mistake.
I think about positive outcomes ([if possible] like winning or getting a good grade etc.) and push myself to achieve those outcomes.
If not I try thinking about the people who always make me angry and why they make me angry... that helps sometimes :3
I used to just find quotes on the internet for motivations but now I just think of this -sshole on my former soccer team that was (unfornunitly) VERY good with like everything. and I remind myself that I have to be better than him next season ( I know that sounds so conceited but if you met him you would understand. He's also the same guy that broke my food ( in my opinion) on purpose )
I motivate myself by playing sports, doing exercise, internet, listening to music, or even mad flashes.
