Well men, but not me
The most common basic stereotype, I think, would be that men are arrogant and driven by lust. Some are, of course, but there are many out there who are not.
Men who are around young children/dependents (as teachers, care givers, etc) sometimes face distrust from parents because the belief is that the men have no pure intentions towards the kids. Many people trust women more easily than men, so women in jobs with kids/other dependents may not be questioned as much as men in the same positions.
And of course there's also the "alcohol obsessed drunks", "party crazed", "gang members", "out on the streets doing drugs", "s-x driven crazies". Yeah
One of the stereotypes is that a man, in a relationship, can be abusive to his woman. And apparently (in abusive relationships) this is always the case, that men harm the women. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous that we always stereotype the man as the abusive kind. that's why I brought this particular one up.
So even if you dont stereotype(and i try not to), what do you think are some stereotypical views of men?
