Definitely both. Midwest life you get every thing. But the winters tend to get below 0 more often than summers get above 100. (thank goodness I hate it when its hot)
Fahrenheit confuses me. We use Celsius.

Lol where I live it just rains and stays around 30 in the winter and 70 in the summer xD
Both have happened here. Exceeding 100 isn't that often, but once or twice usually during the summer is common. And 0 and below is fairly common during the winter.
like i said in the other one lol is that 100 is rare but has happened and 0 is not rare at all and it is close to it right now. the lowest i have seen is -29 and thats not windchill
