I dance regularly and try to eat healthy.
I eat one meal a day- dinner. No breakfast or lunch for me! And the one meal I eat is under 200 calories, and the guideline daily intake is 2000 calories! Plus I do a twenty minute intense work-out when I get back from school. It's only temporary though because I know I will never have a perfect body, but I want to be as close as I can get!
It had better be very temporary, because not having anything for breakfast, even very small, can mess your body up really badly. :S
Under 200 calories?! You burn 50 just by sitting down! How do you function?!
not a very smart thing to do...you should really take better care of yourself
I have a good metabolism. I eat half healthy(organic friuts, veggies, meat) but than I eat so many sweets. But I Di push up ,pull ups ,crunches sprints, suicides (the sprints) bleacher runs, long distance, back extensions, streching weight lifting, dance, ect. Everyday. For like 2.5 hours+ and 4 times a week I swim for 2 hours. Like each practice averages at 18,750 yards.
I exercise almost every day. I play tennis, go for walks, cycle, do "gym stuff" (at home), run, swim etc. My eating habits are quite healthy, being a vegetarian I naturally eat quite a lot of fruit and veg, but I do have a sweet tooth..
Yeah no. I'm in absolutely horrible shape. After the holidays are done though, I'm going back on my diet! When I was on it I lost a small amount of weight in one month.....but then Haloween came.....then Thanksgiving....and gosh darn it! My sister is naturally skinny....and I'm naturally fat. Dang.
Nothing. I'm skinny as a stick, but I gain weight even though it doesn't look like it. :P. But, I am still underweight. I don't exercise daily, only at school, which is only for 45 mins. :P I try to run around/play basketball when I can, but that's only at school. :P What I eat is probably what helps me stay underweight. I eat da asian food everyday for dinner. :P But, I'm super picky. x3
I love junk food. Keke. >:D
Seriously, who doesn't love junk food? XD
You do know working out would help? Muscle weighs more than fat. Or skin. But everybody has a fat percentage. 0% your dead.
Yeah, I know. But I don't like to. School: Main exercise.
I'm naturally underweight so there's not much need for me to excerise all that much. I go ice skating for two-three hours every week which is apparently one of the best ways to burn calories. I also do cross country sometimes, and enjoy going on walks. I walk twenty minutes every day to get to/from my bus stop for school. I also have my five a day and try to stick to a balanced diet (well, as much as I can when I'm bombarded by sweets and chocolate at Christmas!)
With all that exercise, I highly doubt it's just being naturally anything. XD
Eh. xD Well, I've always been underweight, growing up, so I guess I just consider myself to still be like that naturally.
Well, I actually am naturally pretty...well, I can't exactly say fit, but at least rail-thin through the merits of my metabolism alone. XD
That said, I think my natural shape is aided somewhat by a very broad dietary restriction I have (by choice) about candy and sweets--in other words, I don't eat any of them, nor do I drink soda, nor have I really ever done so. Beyond that, I have to walk to get to a lot of places in my life--the (public) bus, school, therapy (totally unnecessary...)...
...and currently, I think there's a tiny role that my being required to go to a personal training session has.
But mostly it's natural. I don't have to do too much to stay fit. XD
omfg dude i sit in my room all day eating watching youtube videos and crying over band members d o y o u t h i n k i a m i n s h a p e
LOOOOOOOOOL. I do the same thing.
But I don't cry about band members too much. ♥
well, i can confess that i do pretty much nothing to stay in shape, i only have some foods that i don't eat, like i don't eat fast food or salty things like chips, drink lot of water and eat somewhat healthy
