I think they should be allowed to, but not forced to. I mean let's face it, some teenagers are going to have sex whether they have protection or not. It's that whole teenage mindset, they think they are invincible and won't get pregnant. So if they are going to do it anyway, why not at least make sure they have access to protection? Condoms are dirt cheap anyway, so it isn't like it's a major expense on the part of the school.
I don't really see why people care if they do it or not. Whether they have condoms available or not, the students are going to want to have sx. Just because they're available doesn't mean they HAVE to take/use them and have sx. But at least some form of birth control is available to them. It doesn't "encourage" them to have s*x, they're going to want to anyway. If ANYTHING it just encourages them to do it safely. - sorry I had to censor the word. Apparently it's "inappropriate"...
OMG
I think if they want to give it out they can, and if they don't they don't have to.
yeah i think they should but it shouldnt be forced on people cause it might make them think that they should do it when they dont have to
I think that schools shouldn't just hand them out like they're nothing but they definitely should be available to the students. I also think that the schools should teach the students about sexual responsibility, not just abstinence. If they do this I think there'll be a lot less teen pregnancy and STI's/STD's going around.

I didn't know that they do that o.o
I picked the second option.
They should. Kids make their own sexual decisions, teachers don't make them for them. Kids will have sex as much as everyone wishes they didn't. Might as well teach them how to do it safely so that they are protected and always can make smart decisions about those things.
Kids should not be making ANY se*ual decisions. PERIOD.
But handing out condoms and birth control are only going to encourage those kinds of behaviours. Educating about these things are good because it'll get them thinking that maybe they shouldn't this unless they have protection, which in turn goes to 'Well, since we don't have any we won't do this.'
First, when I refer to kids, I am referring to teenagers in general. Second, protection or lack thereof won't stop them, they may as well be safe while they do it.
Yes! Yes they should!
You've got to be kidding! It'll just encourage them to do what they shouldn't!
